FUND services in MALTA, extended offering in LUXEMBOURG

NEW offering for fund creation and administration in MALTA

We are pleased to announce a major extension to our offering for onshore European vehicles. After a longstanding relation with the Chairman of Finance Malta, we added Malta as a favored jurisdiction for the creation of all types of investment funds. Malta has recently expanded drastically its Financial Services Industry. It does not yet have the range of service providers as in Ireland or Luxembourg. However, it offers a cost advantage and a closer collaboration with the regulator. We are teaming up with the largest local Bank and its service provider, Valetta Fund Services. Their corporate presentation can be found by clicking here. Malta has entered into 57 Double Tax Treaties, with 1 pending.

EXTENDED offering in LUXEMBOURG

We do assist you in setting up and managing alternative investment funds and corporate structures in Luxembourg. We did not have the back office to handle Hedge Funds that require a daily NAV and neither did we do UCITS funds. NOW we can also create UCITS funds in Luxembourg. We will continue to provide you with access to the top administrator for funds and corporate vehicles.

We favor Luxembourg above any other jurisdiction, including Ireland, for the creation of Life Settlement Funds. We also prefer Luxembourg for setting up intermediary vehicles for many cross border acquisitions and/or M&A transactions. As of June 2011, Luxembourg has 62 Double Tax Treaties, following the OECD Model Tax Convention, in effect and a further 19 treaties pending.

Onshore EU FEEDER FUNDS towards offshore jurisdictions such as the Cayman Islands

We set up feeder funds both in Luxembourg and in Malta, which can benefit from the EU (European Union) Passport and therefore allow distribution / capital raising in EU countries.
