Ben Flammang founded Beninvest in 1992 in New York and opened the Geneva
office in 2000, the Brussels office in 2004,
London in
2007.
Ben has over 20 years of strategic international business
and financial development expertise. His strengths lie in taking a fresh
approach in structuring deals and in using unique leverage ideas in
marketing and business development linked to strong personal relations with
people coming from very different horizons.
As a hobby, he published the first English
buyer’s guide in the world of new prestigious wristwatches. His 4
books sold in 48 countries.
He started his career at IBM Belgium, restructured a
money-losing R&D/Manufacturing telecom company in Raleigh
North Carolina and moved on to New York to create
several companies. He is a recognized advisor for Investment Fund
Structuring and Fund raising. He advised the Hinduja Family Group and its
AMAS Bank on investment banking. He
jumpstarted the NY investment banking office at former Wextrust
Capital.
He advised ADB PE Ltd, the fund manager of the Diamond
Value Chain Fund I from the Antwerp Diamond Bank Group.
He was a longtime advisor for Foreign Trade to the
Belgian Government.
Ben received his B.A. in Applied Economics from ICHEC
in Brussels.
Ben is fluent in English, Dutch and French and
conversational in German.
He visited 39 different countries. This includes some
adventure trips: crossing the Sahara desert with 4 friends at age 17 in a
VW Combi, all major cities of Brazil in 35 days
and 14,000 miles at age 21 and NY-LA on the motorbike in 1990.

Michael Atzmon,
Partner, runs the Brussels
office since 2004.
He founded SIXX
Partners together with Ben as a venture partner in 2004, which merged with Matar Capital in September 2008. Prior to that he worked for three years
as Co-Managing Director at Lion Venture Partners, an investment clubs
management firm specializing in raising European funds for foreign
start-ups. He was responsible for the creation of the affiliation with the Halman Aldubi Group, the
largest private provident funds group in Israel.
He also worked at
Catapult, a business development firm specializing in helping Israeli
companies to penetrate the European markets, as Development Manager where
his main responsibilities were deal flow creation.
He holds BBA in
Business Administration form the United Business Institutes, Brussels, a BA from the University of Wales and has followed executive MBA
Classes at the United Business Institutes.
Michael is a board
member of the Belgium, Luxembourg
– Israel Chamber of Commerce (CCBLI).

Mr. Michel Cornis
is a Capital Markets Associate
After six years of international marketing and corporate
finance with Du Pont de Nemours and Apeco in
Europe, Michel moved to the securities industry and spent over fifteen
years as an institutional stockbroker with several UK and US firms, among
which Charterhouse, Prudential-Bache and Lehman Brothers, the latter as SVP
International, Head of the European Equities Sales for Switzerland. Also
Head of Institutional Sales at Index Securities (now Index Ventures) in Geneva until 1995.
In 1995,
Mr. Cornis founded Cornis Consult Finance to
provide Investor Relations consulting and
financing assistance to
growth companies and traditional or alternative funds.
Mr. Cornis graduated with a B.Sc. of
civil engineering and a M.Sc. of transportation engineering from the Swiss
Federal Institute of Technology (Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale) in Lausanne, followed by post-grad financial and
marketing studies at HEC in Lausanne and at
the University
of California.
Mr. Cornis is Fluent in English, French, Italian,
Romanian and conversational in Spanish and Portuguese.

Mr. Alenick has and had a long and successful career
in real estate. Between 1980 and
