With our extensive past client experience, we have built a track record of successfully implementing the value proposition described above. We are not sector specific and have had customers in the fields of logistics, real estate, infrastructure construction, the diamond value chain, IT, LNG plants, oil tanker sales and financing, a shrimp farm in Brazil, an oil factory in Tunisia and the watch industry. Company start-up and sale: the founder of the company, Benoit J.P. Flammang, published the first ever English buyer's guide of prestigious wristwatches and sold his publication in 48 countries. The company was started in 1993 and sold in 2000.

For the Financial Industry

We provide access to capital markets and advice on structuring international deals which need financing. We have advised on seeking capital, M&A transactions, PIPE transactions and straight Private Equity transactions.

Creation and Administration of International Financial Vehicles and Companies

We specialize and offer total solutions in setting up and maintaining vehicles in European onshore jurisdictions. We mainly focus on Luxembourg, Ireland, Malta and have a non-EU office in Switzerland. Tax efficient structuring is crucial to anyone operating internationally.
