Benoit J.P. Flammang founded Beninvest in 1992. His strengths lie in taking a fresh approach towards structuring deals and in leveraging ideas in marketing. He is well known foe top quality advice on positioning companies and defining their strategy for strategic business development. He created, published and distributed the first English buyer's guide in the world of new prestigious wristwatches and sold it in 48 countries. He started his career at IBM Belgium, restructured a money-losing R&D/Manufacturing telecom company in Raleigh North Carolina and moved on to New York to create several companies.

He is a longtime advisor for Foreign Trade to the Belgian Government

He is Director of Business Development for the Carlyle Real Estate Group, 365 Force, is an advisor to SIXX Partners and to Green Hills Ventures, a multi-billion dollar wealth management company headquartered in New York.

He received his B.A. in Applied Economics from ICHEC in Brussels. He is fluent in English, Dutch/Flemish and French and conversational in German.

Michael Atzmon, Senior Partner, runs the Brussels office since 2004.

He founded SIXX Partners in 2003. He currently serves on the Boards of Trinity Defense Group, ABD Technologies and is a Venture Partner at Matar Capital Advisors. He also sits on the Advisory Board of Fairplay and Kidslab.

His career started as a business developer for high tech companies wishing to access the European markets and economies. He later held various positions at Lion Venture Partners and at a private equity divestiture fund in NYC.

Michael is a board member of the Belgium, Luxembourg & Israel Chamber of Commerce (CCBLI).

Michael holds a BBA in Business Administration form the United Business Institutes, Brussels, a BA from the University of Wales and has followed executive MBA Classes at the United Business Institutes.

Inge Leutscher is a Capital Markets and International Business Development Associate from the Geneva office.

Inge is the Founder and Chairman of EXCELLENCE International S.A., a company involved with ultimate lifestyles. She is the founder and owner of the Excellence International Magazine.

Inge has been associated to Beninvest since 2001 for the worldwide business development of Capital Markets geared towards HNWI's (High Net Worth Individuals) and Family Offices.

Inge holds a BA degree in Businees Administration from the University of Copenhagen. Inge is fluent in English, German, Scandinavian, French and Dutch and conversational in Arabic, Russian and Spanish.

Rachid Belbachir is an International Business Development Venture Partner.

Rachid is the Founder and Chairman of Next Step Marketing, headquartered in Chicago. He is of Algerian descent.

Rachid has been associated to Beninvest since February 2003 for the worldwide business development geared towards the MENA region. Rachid and Benoit Flammang co-developed a seminar with the Institute for Strategic Negotitions, specifically for the Algerian market.

Rachid graduated from the University of Tlemcen in Mathematics and also studied at the Institute of Technology in Paris, France. He is former head of the CNRS at the Sorbonne University in Paris, France. Rachid is fluent in English, Arabic and French.

Michel Cornis is a Capital Markets Associate from the Geneva office.

After six years of international marketing and corporate finance with Du Pont de Nemours and Apeco in Europe, Michel moved to the securities industry and spent over fifteen years as an institutional stockbroker with several UK and US firms, among which Charterhouse, Prudential-Bache and Lehman Brothers, the latter as SVP International, Head of the European Equities Sales for Switzerland. Also Head of Institutional Sales at Index Securities in Geneva until 1995. In 1995, Michel founded Cornis Consult Finance to provide Investor Relations consulting and financing assistance to growth companies and traditional or alternative funds.

Michel graduated with a B.Sc. of civil engineering and a M.Sc. of transportation engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale) in Lausanne, followed by post-grad financial and marketing studies at HEC in Lausanne and at the University of California. Michel is Fluent in English, French, Italian, Romanian and conversational in Spanish and Portuguese.
